SINODAR is a civil association made up of an international and multidisciplinary team specialized in the design, management and evaluation of social projects with collective impact, multi-sector articulation, international relations and studies, design and development of complex criminal investigations, judicial strategies and monitoring of criminal cases, penitentiary system and social reintegration.
