Our team
LUCAS MANJÓN
Superior Professor of History, currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Studies at the Torcuato Di Tella University. Senior Officer in the Strategic Planning area of the National Public Prosecutor's Office's Criminal Enforcement Unit. Since 2020, he has represented the Italian association Libera in Argentina, and since 2021, he has coordinated the Bien Restituido project for the management and social reuse of seized and confiscated assets in criminal cases. He translated the "Italian Anti-Mafia Code" into Spanish and the book by Italian jurist Sergio Moccia, "La perenne emergenza."
EMILIANO COTTINI
He holds a degree in Political Science and has over twenty years of experience in the design, management, and evaluation of international cooperation projects. For fifteen years, he has coordinated and directed initiatives focused on promoting comprehensive human development in West Africa and Central America. Since 2018, he has been the representative for Latin America of the Italian association “Libera contro le mafie,” with the main task of coordinating the ALAS Network – Alternative Social Latin America. In this context, since 2021, he has been the project manager of the Bien Restituido project, which focuses on the management and social reuse of seized and confiscated assets in criminal cases in Argentina.
FLORENCIA SEQUEIRA
Journalist and student of Administration and Management of Social Policies at the Universidad de Tres de Febrero. Since 2018, she has been the Project Coordinator for Potenciar: Collective Impact Platform, where she has participated in Social Investment and Networks programs. Since 2022, she has been the Director of the project "RED CREER: Collective Impact Model for the Socioeconomic Inclusion of Incarcerated Individuals and Those Released," funded by the European Union. She participates in the courses "Intervention Models in Criminal Execution," "Criminal Execution and Socio-Labor Integration," and "Prison and Community" for the Diploma in Penitentiary Policy and Criminal Execution at Universidad Austral.
MACARENA RONDEROS DARCY
She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Studies at Torcuato Di Tella University and taking a Diploma in Intelligent Cybersecurity at the National University of Southern Foundation. Since 2021, she has worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst on technology projects focusing on cybersecurity. Additionally, she is the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for Potenciar: Collective Impact Platform, where he participates in Social Investment programs and in "RED CREER: Collective Impact Model for the Socioeconomic Inclusion of Incarcerated Individuals and Those Released," funded by the European Union.
EZEQUIEL CONDE
He works at the National Council of the Judiciary and is a member of the Human Rights Observatory of the Secretariat of Human Rights of the General Confederation of Labor (CGT). He served as a parliamentary advisor in the Legislature of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires on issues related to labor, social development, and justice, as well as at the Ministry of Human Development and Habitat of the CABA government, where he was involved in the design and implementation of public policies related to labor cooperatives, technical report preparation, purchasing plans, and public tenders.
MARTÍN GIAMBRONI
Theologian and educator. He works in the Training and International Relations area of the National Union of Judiciary Employees. He is a member of the Human Rights Observatory Team of the General Confederation of Labor of the Argentine Republic (CGT RA).
LAURA DE PIANO
She holds a degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Public Policy from the University of Buenos Aires and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Studies at Torcuato Di Tella University. With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Training, and Development in the private sector, she currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
NICOLÁS GARIBALDI
He holds a degree in Social Communication from the National University of Quilmes and specializes in the implementation of projects at the intersections of popular economies and institutional violence. He currently coordinates the Technical Skills Development component of the project "RED CREER: Collective Impact Model for the Socioeconomic Inclusion of Incarcerated Individuals and Those Released," funded by the European Union and executed by Potenciar: Collective Impact Platform. He is also a university lecturer at the National University of José C. Paz and a pedagogical advisor for civil society organizations (CSOs).
ROSARIO ANCHORENA
President and part of the founding team of the San Cayetano Textile Cooperative. Since its inception in 2019, the Cooperative, currently made up of 55 members, provides a space for recovery and labor inclusion for individuals from the Hogares de Cristo in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, a social organization she has been part of since 2016.
