LABURO is an international initiative aimed at restoring the value of workers’ organization.
It is an economic and solidarity-based project created by workers with the commitment to bring quality products to the entire community.
At LABURO, we organize, plan, engage in dialogue, and work together with other organizations that strive to improve the world we live in. From Argentina, Italy, and Côte d’Ivoire, we come together to bring to life a project that seeks to create a new, solidarity-driven, creative, and egalitarian narrative.
To achieve this, each of us does our LABURO.

SAN CAYETANO is an Argentine cooperative founded in 2019 within a Hogar de Cristo, with the main goal of fostering socio-labor inclusion and creating dignified, sustainable employment through the production of textile clothing. Its work is grounded in an approach of care and accompaniment, focusing on people undergoing recovery from addictions and others facing structural exclusion.
It operates in the textile sector, particularly in the cutting and sewing of knit garments and the manufacturing of finished products, including a printing and quality control area. It provides a workspace and training environment for youth and adults, with special attention to individuals in rehabilitation, who are part of the Hogares de Cristo network.
SAN CAYETANO represents an organizational model that promotes social reintegration through work, continuous training, collective production, and the popular economy. It is rooted in a perspective of inclusion and social justice, aiming to address inequality and build citizenship through daily action.
PIBIESSE is one of the most innovative graphic arts companies in southern Italy. Its production quality and know-how have been the foundation of its strength and history for over forty-six years. The project is based on the direct and democratic participation of workers, respect for their rights and dignity, the ecological transition of production, and the promotion of networks of social enterprises that foster a new model of social development.
At the heart of our production lies a process of ecological transformation: from modernizing machinery to reducing waste, including the installation of photovoltaic panels to lower energy consumption.
This is how Eteria was born — a space created by repurposing unused areas of the factory. It serves as an innovation lab open to the interaction between traditional and contemporary craftsmanship, cultural production and new technologies, and the world of communication and emerging social enterprises.
